Mental Relief:
  • Talk to a close friend
  • Create a craft
  • Watch a funny movie
  • Engage in a book
  • Do a puzzle/crossword
  • Journanling
  • Reach out for support from your parents, friends, doctors, etc
  • Play with a pet
  • Clean or organize your room 
  • Listen to music



Physical Relief:
  • Take a nice, warm bath or shower
  • Meditate or do yoga poses
  • Lie down and rest
  • Stretch 
  • Massage the tense parts of your body

Emotional Relief: 

  • Knit
  • Listen to music
  • Draw the feelings you feel inside you
  • Cry. Remember, it is okay to cry.
  • Lie down and relax. Close your eyes and think about what makes you happy.
  • Take deep breaths 
  • Go out for a walk
  • Squeeze a stressball or pillow
  • Go to the beach and let the peaceful setting calm you 
  • Practice mindfullness
